Ticket purchases are held until two days before the performance date. No tickets will be sent by mail or email until that time arrives. All ticket sales occur exclusively through the official website, and reselling is not allowed under any circumstances. Tickets bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. A minimum of two items must be purchased in the showroom for all attendees. Seating is first-come, first-served, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, cameras, and video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final. For group inquiries about menu options and reserved seating, contact our Events Manager.
