Ticket purchases are subject to a delivery hold lasting two days before the show begins; no confirmation emails will be sent until that time passes. All ticket sales occur exclusively through the official website, and reselling is not permitted under any circumstances. Tickets obtained for resale may be voided at our discretion. The event requires a minimum of two items purchased in the retail space. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis except for group bookings and premium booths. Cell phones, cameras, and video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final.
