Ticket purchases are subject to a two-day advance delivery window; emails will not be sent until then. All sales occur exclusively through the official website. Resale is prohibited. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items per guest. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phone use, photography, or video recording during performances is not allowed.
