This performance will operate without mobile devices in use within the theater area. All cellular phones, smartwatches, wearable technology, cameras, and recording equipment are prohibited inside the performance space. At entry to the venue, every phone and smartwatch must be placed into a secure pouch provided by Yondr; these pouches remain locked until the show concludes. Attendees retain control of their devices at all times and may retrieve them in designated Phone Access Zones located throughout the facility. Before re-entering the performance area, all items are returned to sealed pouches again. Any individual observed using a mobile device during the live presentation will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Your participation is appreciated for maintaining an uninterrupted viewing environment. Tickets purchased from any source other than the official website or intended solely for resale may be revoked at our discretion; reselling tickets is not allowed. A minimum purchase of two items must be made in the gift shop for all attendees. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis except for group bookings and premium private booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are strictly forbidden during any live show. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges permitted.
