F. Punk Junkies

A high-energy theatrical experience created by celebrated performer and director Teo Castellanos that blends music, movement, and live performance into an electrifying AfroPunk-inspired show. Drawing from the "AfroRican Punk" aesthetic of Castellano D Project, the work incorporates Orisha mythology, Black and Puerto Rican folk narratives, and the raw energy of 1980s Black punk bands. The audience is drawn into a journey exploring ancestral heritage, personal transformation, and human connection through stories that echo within our shared world. F. Punk Junkies harnesses the ritual power of an interactive performance circle to reimagine live theater as visually stunning, rhythmically driven, and deeply unifying.
