Ticket delivery is delayed until two days prior to the performance date. Purchases must be made exclusively through the official website. Resale of tickets is not permitted under any circumstances and may result in ticket cancellation at the discretion of management. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all guests. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis with exceptions for groups and premium booths. Guests are admitted up to thirty minutes after the show starts; seating ceases thirty minutes into the performance due to performer disruption concerns. No cell phone usage or photography is allowed during performances. All sales are final. Group inquiries should be directed to our Events Manager regarding menu options and reserved seating.
