Ticket delivery is delayed until two days before the performance. Purchases should be made exclusively through IMPROV.COM; any other source may result in cancellation at the discretion of the venue. Resale is not permitted. Suspected resale tickets will be cancelled without refund. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all guests. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, with reserved seating available for groups and premium booths. Guests may enter up to thirty minutes after the show starts; seating closes thirty minutes into the performance due to performer disruption. No exceptions apply. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final. For group inquiries regarding special menus and reserved seating, contact the Events Manager.
