Ticket delivery is suspended until two days prior to the performance date. No tickets will be issued via email before that deadline. Purchases must be made exclusively through IMPROV.COM; any other source is prohibited. Resale of tickets is not permitted under any circumstances. Tickets suspected of being acquired solely for resale may be cancelled at our sole discretion.Showroom purchases require a minimum of two items. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, with reserved seating available only for groups and premium booths. Guests are admitted to the showroom up to thirty minutes after the show begins. Seating ceases thirty minutes into the performance due to disruption to performers; no exceptions apply. Cell phone use, photography, or video recording during performances is strictly forbidden.
