Ticket delivery is delayed until two days prior to the performance date. Purchases must be made exclusively through IMPROV.COM; no other vendors or third-party sites are authorized for ticket sales. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation at our discretion if a ticket appears intended solely for resale. All guests must purchase a minimum of two items from the showroom. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis with general admission, except where reserved group tables or premium booths are available. Guests may enter the venue up to thirty minutes after the show starts; seating ceases thirty minutes into the performance due to disruption risks for performers. Cell phones and all forms of photography or video recording are forbidden during any live performances. All sales are final with no refunds.
