Ticket delivery is delayed until two days prior to the performance. Purchases must be made exclusively through IMPROV.COM; any other source will result in cancellation. Resale of tickets is prohibited without explicit permission. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be voided at our discretion. A minimum purchase of two items applies to all showroom guests. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis, with reserved seating available for groups and premium booths only. Guests are permitted entry up to thirty minutes before the show starts; general admission ends thirty minutes into the performance due to disruption concerns. No exceptions apply to this policy. Cell phones, photography, and video recording during performances are strictly forbidden. All sales are final.
