Ticket delivery is delayed until two days prior to the performance date. Purchases must be made exclusively through Improv.com; no other vendors or third-party sites are permitted. Resale of tickets is prohibited and may result in cancellation at the discretion of Denver Improv. All guests must purchase a minimum of two items from the showroom. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis for general admission, with reserved seating available only for groups and premium booths. Entry into the showroom closes thirty minutes after the show starts; no additional seating is provided thereafter due to performance disruption. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during any performances. All sales are final with no refunds or exceptions. Group inquiries should be directed to the Events Manager regarding special menu options and reserved seating arrangements.
