Ticket purchases are locked until two days prior to the performance date. No tickets will be issued via email before that deadline. Do not buy from any source other than Improv.com. Reselling is absolutely forbidden and may result in ticket cancellation at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all attendees. Seating follows first-come, first-served policy with exceptions for groups and premium booths. Guests may enter the venue up to thirty minutes after the show starts. We cease seating thirty minutes into the performance due to disruption risks for performers. No exceptions or refunds apply in this circumstance. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are prohibited during all performances. All sales are final.
