Ticket purchases must be completed at least two days prior to the performance date; no emails will be sent until that time. Only transactions through the official website are validany other source is prohibited. Reselling tickets is not allowed and may result in cancellation if suspected. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all attendees. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis except for reserved group tables and premium booths. Entry to the venue occurs up to thirty minutes after the show starts; seating closes thirty minutes into the performance due to performer disruption. No exceptions or refunds apply in this regard. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are forbidden during performances. All sales are final.
