Ticket purchases are locked until two days prior to the performance date. All sales must be completed exclusively through Improv.com; any other source is prohibited. Resale of tickets is not permitted under any circumstances and may result in ticket cancellation at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all attendees. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for group bookings and premium booths. Guests are admitted to the showroom up to thirty minutes before the show starts. Seating ceases thirty minutes into the performance due to disruption risks to performers; no exceptions apply. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are strictly forbidden during performances. All sales are final with no refunds.
