Ticket purchases are locked until two days prior to the performance date. All tickets will be emailed only after that deadline has passed. Transfers of tickets to other parties or sales on unofficial platforms are not permitted and may result in ticket cancellation at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all attendees. Seating is first-come, first-served with priority given to groups and premium booth locations. Guests may enter the venue up to thirty minutes after the show starts. Seating closes thirty minutes into the performance due to disruption concerns for performers. No exceptions or refunds apply in this circumstance. Cell phones, cameras, and video recording are prohibited during shows. All sales are final with no returns accepted.
