The event welcomes attendees of every age. Children between two and twelve years old are included in the audience. Arena entry doors unlock one hour before the scheduled game begins. On weekends, the Box Office opens two hours prior to the advertised start time. During regular weekday operations from Monday through Friday, the Box Office operates from ten o'clock in the morning until five o'clock in the afternoon.
