Doors open at seven o'clock; performance begins promptly at eight o'clock. Accessible seating can be purchased online through Ticketmaster by applying the ADA filter and choosing accessible seats, or in person or by phone during business hours at The Charleston Music Hall box office. Please note that this venue does not have an elevator, so balcony sections (F, G, H, I, and J) may not be suitable for all attendees. All payments are processed via credit or debit card only; no cash is accepted at the box office or bar. Bags measuring no larger than twelve inches by six inches by twelve inches are permitted and will be inspected upon entry. Exceptions apply to essential medical devices and nursing mothers.
