Doors open at 6:00 pm; performance begins promptly at 7:00 pm. Accessible seating can be purchased online via Ticketmaster by applying the ADA filter and choosing accessible seats, or in person or over the phone during business hours with The Charleston Music Hall box office. Please note that The Charleston Music Hall does not have an elevator, so balcony sections (F, G, H, I, J) may require careful consideration when selecting tickets. All payments are processed by credit and debit cards only; cash is not accepted at the box office or bar. Bags measuring no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches are permitted and will be inspected upon entry. Exceptions apply for essential medical devices and nursing mothers.
