Doors open at three o'clock; performance begins at four o'clock. Accessible seating can be purchased online through Ticketmaster by selecting ADA seats or in person at The Charleston Music Hall box office during business hours. The venue has no elevator, so balcony sections F through J may not be suitable for all guests. All payments are processed via credit and debit cards only; cash is not accepted at the box office or bar.
