Doors open at 7:00 pm; performance begins at 8:00 pm. Accessible seating can be purchased online through Ticketmaster by using the ADA filter and choosing accessible seats, or in person or by phone during business hours at The Charleston Music Hall box office. Please note that this venue does not have an elevator, so balcony sections (F, G, H, I, and J) are not fully accessible. All payments must be made with credit or debit cards; cash is not accepted at the box office or bar. Bags up to 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches are permitted and will be screened upon entry.
