Doors open at 7:00 pm; performance begins at 8:00 pm. Accessible seating can be purchased online through Ticketmaster by using the ADA filter and choosing Accessible Seats, or in person or by phone during business hours at The Charleston Music Hall box office. Please note that The Charleston Music Hall has no elevator, so balcony sections (F, G, H, I, J) are not accessible. All payments must be made with credit or debit cards; cash is not accepted at the box office or bar. Bags measuring 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches maximum are permitted and will be screened upon entry. Exceptions apply for essential medical devices and nursing mothers. We recommend carrying only necessary items to expedite entry.
