Doors open at 7:00 pm; performance begins at 8:00 pm. Accessible seating can be purchased online through Ticketmaster by using the ADA filter and choosing Accessible Seats, or in person or by phone during business hours at The Charleston Music Hall box office. Please note that this venue does not have an elevator, so balcony sections (F, G, H, I, J) may require assistance when entering. All payments are accepted via credit or debit card only; cash is not accepted at the box office or bar. Bags measuring no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches are permitted and will be inspected upon entry. Exceptions apply for medical equipment and nursing mothers. We recommend bringing only essential items to speed up entry.
