Doors open at 7:00 pm; performance begins at 8:00 pm. Accessible seating can be purchased through Ticketmaster by applying the ADA filter and choosing accessible seats, or in person or by phone during business hours at The Charleston Music Hall box office. Please note that this venue has no elevator, so balcony sections (F, G, H, I, J) may not be suitable for all guests. All payments are accepted via credit or debit cards only; cash is not accepted at the box office or bar. Bags measuring 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches maximum are permitted and will be inspected upon entry. Exceptions apply to essential medical devices and nursing mothers. We recommend carrying only necessary items to streamline your entry process.
