Doors open at 7:00 pm; performance begins at 8:00 pm. Accessible seating can be purchased online through Ticketmaster by applying the ADA filter and choosing accessible seats, or in person or by phone during business hours with The Charleston Music Hall box office. Note that this venue has no elevator, so balcony sections (F, G, H, I, J) may not be suitable for all guests. All payments are processed via credit or debit card only; cash is not accepted at the box office or bar. Bags measuring 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches maximum are permitted and will be screened upon entry. Exceptions apply to essential medical devices and nursing mothers. We recommend bringing only what you need to streamline your entry.
