Doors open at 7pm; performance begins at 8pm. Accessible seating can be purchased online through Ticketmaster by applying the ADA filter or selecting accessible seats, in person, or over the phone during business hours at The Charleston Music Hall box office. Please note that this venue does not have an elevator and consider this when purchasing balcony tickets (Sections F, G, H, I & J). This is a cashless venue; all credit and debit payments are accepted but no cash is taken at the box office or bar. Bags with maximum dimensions of 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches may be brought in and will be searched upon entry. Exceptions apply for necessary medical equipment and nursing mothers. We recommend packing only essentials to facilitate a quick entry process.
