Ticket delivery is delayed until 48 hours before the event begins. No tickets will be sent via email until that time has passed. Purchasing from any source other than Improv.com is not allowed, and reselling is strictly forbidden. Tickets suspected of being bought for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all guests. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones are not permitted during performances, nor is photography or video recording allowed. All sales are final.
