Ticket delivery is delayed until 48 hours before the event begins. No tickets will be sent via email until that time arrives. Purchasing from any source other than Improv.com for resale purposes is not permitted. Tickets suspected of being bought solely to resell may be cancelled at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all guests. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phone use, photography, or video recording during performances is prohibited. All sales are final.
