Ticket delivery is delayed until 48 hours before the event begins. Purchases made on third-party sites are not permitted; all sales must occur through Improv.com, and reselling tickets is prohibited. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. A minimum purchase of two items applies to all showroom guests. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during performances.
