Ticket delivery is delayed until two days before the performance date. Purchases must be made exclusively through Improv.com; reselling is not permitted. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. A minimum purchase of two items applies to all showroom guests. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are prohibited during performances.
