Ticket delivery is delayed until two days prior to the performance date. No tickets will be emailed before then. Purchasing from any source other than Improv.com is prohibited, and reselling is strictly forbidden. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all guests. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during performances. All sales are final.
