Ticket delivery is delayed until 48 hours before the event begins. Purchases will not be sent via email until that time arrives. Buying from any source other than Improv.com for resale purposes is strictly forbidden. Tickets suspected of being acquired solely to resell may be cancelled at our discretion. All sales are final with no exceptions. There is a minimum purchase requirement of two items in the showroom for every guest. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phone use, photography, or video recording during performances is not allowed.
