BrownstoneJAZZ brings intimate acoustic live sessions every Sunday at 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM featuring bassist M.C. Eric Lemons, pianist Terry Burrus on upright grand piano, and drummer Craig Haynes (trap drums), with possible substitute performers. This unique jazz experience takes place in a restored 19th-century Victorian brownstone located in Bedford-Stuyvesants historic central Brooklyn communitya landmarked area where visitors feel transported to an earlier era upon entering the doors. BrownstoneJAZZ ensembles showcase both classic jazz legends and contemporary frontier musicians, swinging with authentic jazz style for audiences of all tastes. The neighborhood of Bed Stuy, along with Harlem and SugarHill in Brooklyn, were once major jazz hubs; when Ella Fitzgerald wrote TAKE THE A TRAIN connecting these two centers. Curator Debbie McClain and M.C., bassist Eric Lemons guide guests through this historic venue offering a distinct jazz experience. Secure your ticket for this private gathering. Both Eric and Debbie have extensive careers in the music entertainment industry, presenting major artists over many yearstheir credentials are well-established. Table and seating availability remains limited; purchase early. Dress to impressits the Jazz Age! Cocktail attire and period clothing are encouraged.
