BrownstoneJAZZ offers an intimate acoustic experience featuring M.C. ERIC LEMONS on bass, TERRY BURRUS at piano, and CRAIG HAYNES on drums (substitutions possible). The venue is a restored 19th-century Victorian brownstone in Bedford-Stuyvesant's historic central Brooklyn community. Visitors step into an atmosphere reminiscent of the past as they enter this landmarked location. BrownstoneJAZZ ensembles showcase both classic jazz legends and contemporary musicians, delivering authentic swing music for all audiences. The areaBed Stuy, Brooklyn, and SugarHill in Harlemwas once a thriving jazz hub when Ella Fitzgerald sang about connecting New York's musical centers via the A train. Curator Debbie McClain and M.C., bassist Eric Lemons guide guests through this historic space to enjoy a unique jazz setting. Limited seating is available; secure your ticket early. Dress code reflects the Jazz Agecocktail attire or period clothing are welcome. Jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and hoodies are not permitted inside. No refunds under any circumstances.
