BrownstoneJAZZ WEEKEND offers an intimate acoustic experience in a restored 19th-century Victorian brownstone located in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyna landmarked historical community that feels like stepping back in time. BrownstoneJAZZ Ensembles feature both classic jazz legends and contemporary frontier musicians, delivering authentic swing music with something for every listener. The area was once a major jazz hub alongside Harlem; when Ella Fitzgerald sang about the A Train connecting these two centers. Curator Debbie McClain and M.C., Bassist Eric Lemons guide guests through this old-school venue to enjoy a unique musical journey.
