Ticket purchase is limited to two days prior to performance; no emails are sent until that deadline. Transactions must occur exclusively through IMPROV.COMany other source risks fraud and will be rejected. Reselling tickets is absolutely forbidden, and any suspected resale attempts may result in cancellation at our discretion. Showroom entry requires a minimum of two items purchased for all guests. Seating follows first-come, first-served rules except for group bookings and premium booths. Guests may enter the showroom up to thirty minutes after performances begin; seating closes thirty minutes into the show due to performer disruption with no exceptions or refunds allowed. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are prohibited during live shows. All sales are final. Group inquiries should be directed to our Events Manager for menu options and reserved seats.
