Ticket purchases are locked until two days prior to the performance date. All ticket confirmations will be sent via email only after that deadline. Transfers of tickets to other individuals or platforms are not allowed under any circumstances. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be voided at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all attendees. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis except for reserved group tables and premium booths. Guests may enter the venue up to thirty minutes after the show starts. We cease seating thirty minutes into the performance because audience movement disrupts the cast. No exceptions or refunds apply to this policy. Mobile phones, cameras, and video recording are prohibited during all performances. All sales are final with no returns accepted.
