Ticket delivery is delayed until two days prior to the performance date. Purchases must be made exclusively through IMPROV.COM; all other vendors are prohibited. Resale of tickets is not permitted under any circumstances. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. A minimum purchase of two items applies in the showroom for every guest. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis except for groups and premium booths. Guests may enter the showroom up to thirty minutes after showtime begins; seating ceases thirty minutes into the performance due to disruption risks. No exceptions or refunds apply. Cell phone use, photography, and video recording are forbidden during performances. All sales are final.
