Ticket purchases are locked until two days before the performance date. All sales must be completed through the official Milwaukee Improv website; third-party vendors or unauthorized sites may sell invalid tickets. Reselling is not permitted, and any ticket suspected of being purchased solely for resale will be cancelled at our discretion. A minimum purchase of two items applies to all showroom guests. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, with reserved seating available only for groups and premium booths. Guests may enter the showroom up to thirty minutes after the show starts; seating closes thirty minutes into the performance due to disruption concerns. No exceptions or refunds apply in this situation. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final.
