Ticket delivery is delayed until two days prior to the performance; no emails will be sent before that date. Purchases must be made exclusively through IMPROV.COMdo not buy from any other source or reseller. Resale of tickets is prohibited and may result in cancellation at our discretion. A minimum purchase of two items applies for all guests in the showroom. Seating is general admission, first-come, first-served, except for groups and premium booths. Guests may enter up to 30 minutes after the show starts; seating ends 30 minutes into the performance due to performer disruption. No exceptions or refunds apply. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during performances. All sales are final.
