Ticket purchases are locked until two days prior to the performance date. All sales must be completed exclusively through Improv.com; no other vendors or resellers are permitted. Tickets bought for resale will be void at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items per guest. Seating is first-come, first-served unless reserved in advance as a group or premium booth. Guests may enter the venue up to thirty minutes after the show starts; seating closes thirty minutes into the performance due to performer disruption. Cell phones and any form of recording are prohibited during the program. All transactions are final with no refunds.
