Ticket purchases are locked until two days prior to the performance date. All tickets will be emailed only after that deadline has passed. Do not buy from any source other than Improv.com. Reselling is not allowed under any circumstances. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. Showroom guests must purchase a minimum of two items. Seating is first-come, first-served, except for groups and premium booths. Guests can enter the showroom up to thirty minutes after the show starts. We stop seating thirty minutes into the performance because it disrupts the performers. No exceptions or refunds apply. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final. Group buyers should email our Events Manager for special menu options and reserved seating details. Additional questions can be found in our FAQ section.
