Tickets are not issued by mail until two days prior to the performance date. All transactions must be completed exclusively through IMPROV.COM; purchases made elsewhere or by third parties will not be honored. Resale of tickets is prohibited under any circumstances and may result in immediate cancellation at our sole discretion, particularly for tickets suspected of being acquired solely for resale. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all attendees. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis except for designated group tables and premium booths. Entry into the venue occurs up to thirty minutes after the show commences; seating ceases at that point due to performance disruption, with no exceptions or refunds granted. Mobile phones, photography, and video recording are strictly forbidden during performances. All sales are final.
