Purchase tickets only through IMPROV.COM. No reselling is allowed; suspected resale attempts may result in ticket cancellation at our discretion. Tickets are delivered by mail two days before the performance, not via email. All sales are final and non-refundable. A minimum of two items must be purchased from the showroom. Seating is first-come, first-served for general admission, with exceptions for groups and premium booths. Guests may enter up to 30 minutes after the show starts; seating stops 30 minutes into the performance due to performer disruption. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are prohibited during performances. For group inquiries regarding menu options and reserved seating, contact our Events Manager.
