Total Mortgage Arena operates as a cashless establishment accepting all major credit cards. Individuals aged two years or older must present a ticket for entry. Because of upgraded security measures, attendees should arrive at least 45 to 60 minutes before the scheduled event time. Only essential items are permitted inside Total Mortgage Arena. Bags will not be allowed upon entering the venue unless they contain exclusively medical equipment or diaper bags intended for infants and toddlers. A clutch purse may still enter provided its dimensions do not exceed 8 inches by 5 inches by 1 inch. There is no designated check-in area for prohibited items at the Arena.
