Total Mortgage Arena operates on a cashless system, accepting major credit cards for all transactions. Patrons aged two years or older must present a ticket to enter. Due to enhanced security measures, attendees should arrive at least 45 to 60 minutes before the scheduled start time. Only essential personal items are allowed inside Total Mortgage Arena; bags will not be permitted upon entry unless they contain exclusively medical equipment or are designated diaper bags for infants and toddlers. Clutch purses measuring no larger than 8 inches by 5 inches by 1 inch may also be brought in. There is no designated check-in area for prohibited items or bags at the venue.
