Because of enhanced security measures, guests should arrive at least 45 to 60 minutes before the scheduled start time. Only essential items are permitted inside the venue. All bags will be denied entry unless they contain exclusively medical equipment or diaper supplies for infants and toddlers. Clutch purses measuring no larger than eight inches by five inches by one inch may also enter. There is no designated check-in area for prohibited bags or items at Total Mortgage Arena.
