Ticket purchases are subject to a delivery hold lasting two days before the event date; no confirmations will be sent until that time passes. All ticket sales occur exclusively through the official website, and reselling tickets is prohibited under any circumstances. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. A minimum purchase of two items applies to all showroom guests. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, with reserved seating available only for groups and premium booths. Cell phone use, photography, and video recording are not permitted during performances. All sales are final.
