Ticket purchases are subject to a delivery hold lasting two days before the performance date; tickets will not be sent until that time arrives. All ticket sales occur exclusively through IMPROV.COM, and reselling is strictly prohibited. Tickets obtained for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items per guest. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, or video recording are not allowed during performances. All sales are final.
