Ticket delivery is delayed until two days before the performance begins. No tickets will be sent by mail or email until that time arrives. All ticket sales are conducted exclusively through Improv.com; purchasing from third parties or reselling is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation at our discretion. A minimum purchase of two items applies to all guests in the showroom. Seating is general admission, first-come, first-served, with exceptions for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not permitted during performances. All sales are final.
