Tickets are not delivered until two days before the performance begins. Purchases must be made through the official website only; reselling is forbidden. Any tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled without notice. A minimum purchase of two items applies to all guests in the showroom. Seating is first-come, first-served except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during performances. All sales are final.
